My wife and i  purchased a number of Bathroom items in May and November 2011 from the Hull Branch of Bathrooms 4 all.

 

Our first experience of the staff at the store was a very pleasurable one, Sarah and Carl were exceptionally helpful they were both very Polite and provided very informative help and information .

Both displayed a high degree of Care and professionalism as well as knowledge something which is sometimes lacking in various aspects of Retail nowadays.

They took time to explain things were never pushy and clearly were there to help and not to just complete a quick sale. Both are a credit to your company. Our overall shopping experience was first class.

 

Our items were delivered on time and the delivery men were also Polite and carried the items into a back room at home without any question or complaint.

 

On having the Bathroom items fitted one of the shower screens shattered, i called the after sales department and spoke to David, He was again very helpful and nothing was too much trouble he arranged a no quibble replacement and stated exactly when the new delivery was to be made, again his courtesy on the phone was first class and i was very impressed with the way i was dealt with.

 

The delivery men on the second occasion rang prior to delivery and arrived exactly on time they too were first class in the way they dealt with our delivery.

 

Our overall dealing with your company in all departments can only be described as exceptional.

 

We are delighted with our purchases and care and consideration shown by all. We will certainly use your services again when we require them, and will certainly be recommending you to friends and family.
