Q. What is the guarantee on your products?
A. All of the products offered on line and in the brochure carry a lifetime guarantee.

Q. What are your delivery times?
A. All of our deliveries are arranged by our own distribution department and all deliveries are transported on our own vans. We offer a delivery service Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 4pm. We are flexible to suit the needs of the customer.

Q.  Can I order from anywhere in the world?
A. bathrooms4all can deliver throughout the UK Mainland and can offer a shipping service to most places around the world. Non Mainland UK customers - please contact a showroom to order as a delivery charge will be added and may vary in cost depending on the country of shipping.

Q. Do you offer a fitting service?
A. bathrooms4all do not offer a fitting service, however the showrooms can offer a list of telephone numbers that may assist you in your search for a plumber. Please note these do not come as a recommendation and are not employed by bathrooms4all.

Q.  When should I book my plumber?
A.  We advise that you wait until all your goods have been delivered and checked thoroughly. On most occasions the products are available on a next day delivery service. Although we always endeavour to deliver on time, our lead times are an approximation and therefore we cannot promise or guarantee a delivery date.

Q.  I would like to place an order but haven’t booked a plumber, what can you advise?
A.  If you want to take advantage of our competitive prices then you can place an order with a 25% deposit and we will hold on to it for up to 8 weeks in our 100,000 sq ft warehouse, thus giving you time to find a tradesman.

Q.  Can I order at any of the bathrooms4all Showrooms?
A. All of the showrooms offer the same prices and special offers. The products and the distribution of the goods are centrally based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, offering you a national service.

Q.  Do you offer a Design and Planning service?
A.  All of our Sales staff are trained to manually scale draw your bathroom, they hold a wealth of product knowledge, which enables them to assist you with the design and layout of your bathroom.

Q. Can you supply me with a product I have seen elsewhere?
A. We can generally supply many of the products from other manufacturers on the market at very competitive prices. Please contact a showroom with your query.

Q. What do I do if my products arrive faulty?
A.  As a company we endeavour to get things right 1st time. Fragile goods can be damaged in transit so all of our products are well packaged to help ensure this does not incur. All items should be inspected on delivery and any visible defects or shortages must be reported to us within THREE working days. Any goods found to be faulty before fitting commences it is advisable that you contact us immediately so we can arrange collection and delivery of replacement products as soon as possible as not to hold up installation. Please note that any items fitted before inspection will be deemed as an acceptance of quality.

Q. Who do I contact if I have a faulty item or an issue with products and delivery?
A. We as a company have a dedicated After Sales Technical team and a team of our own engineers.  Between them they have 25 years experience in the bathroom industry are on hand to offer any advice and deal with any issues that may arise. All of our Retail Sales Staff are trained to deal with any questions you may have if it is required.
