Senior Designer - 24hrs pw

Role: Experienced, first rate Designer required to fulfil a new role created to manage the Companies increasing need to bring our Design and Marketing functions in house and under one control. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the Design department including all design requirements for all trade sectors. You'll be working on a wide range of above and below the line marketing activity such as; product brochures, press advertising, TV and direct mail to name but a  few. You'll also assist the Marketing Manager in developing and communicating marketing plans, brand strategies and the management of a small yet growing team.

Suitability:  Ability to take a brief from concept to completion of the highest standard.  Understand the role of design within marketing.  Quark, Illustrator, Photoshop etc' skills essential.  Experience of branding and print processes advantageous.  This position will suit an experienced all round design individual with a ‘can do' attitude and a true ability to make things happen. You will have excellent creativity skills, be able to manage and prioritise numerous projects at once, be a skilful and enthusiastic communicator and possess good man management qualities.
